From early on in our relationship, we knew that we wanted to spend our lives together – to someday get married. The when of it was less certain, especially since our union would not be recognized legally. “After†seemed like a good time. After we moved, after Erica found a new job, after… But, “after” never comes and we decided to make a life-long commitment to one another a priority in our lives. Coincidentally, we noticed that our already established anniversary, March 27th, would fall on a Saturday in 2010. The stars had aligned and our wedding date was set.
